Weed Ross, one of the fastest-growing, locally owned insurance agencies in New York, is announcing the acquisition of the Bristol Burgess Agency, Inc., effective June 1, 2024.
The Bristol Burgess Agency has been a proud insurance provider for Westfield, New York, and its surrounding area for over 75 years, serving countless families and businesses. The agency has built strong community ties and offers a wide range of insurance services, including homeowners policies, renters insurance, auto, commercial, personal, business, and more.
The current owners, the second generation of a family that has owned the business since 1960, will remain involved to ensure a smooth transition and continue the tradition upheld by the Bristol Burgess Agency. Weed Ross will also retain the same dedicated staff, location, and customer service that Westfield has come to trust.
Founded in 1957, Weed Ross continues its growth, and this acquisition of Bristol Burgess Agency in Westfield marks the fifth location for Weed Ross and the eighth agency acquisition in just the past few years
